Like
its sister competition, The World and National Pastry Team Championships,
The National Bread and pastry Team Championship was taped for
broadcast on the Food Network. The competition paired a baker
and a pastry chef together for 13 hours to present a baguette,
a baker’s choice bread, three types of viennoiserie (from
the same dough), an entremets, a plated dessert, bread showpiece
and chocolate/sugar showpiece.
