ChocoVision Policies
Shipping Policy:
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and delivery of all machine orders. For all other orders, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and delivery. We do not ship chocolate outside the United States, including chocolate in Starter Kits.
Return Policy:
All sales are final (no returns, no refunds). As an alternative, you can return the
merchandise for an even exchange. We are not responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. Shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable. Edible items may not be returned (unless incorrect items shipped by ChocoVision Corp.).
Repair Policy:
If your machine needs to be repaired, please contact Amanda for
an authorization number. Call toll free at 1-800-324-6252. The
estimated time of repairs is 1-2 weeks. The cost of shipping the
repair is the responsibility of the customer. After it is repaired
we will send out the repair if under warranty freight will be
covered for UPS GROUND ONLY. If it does not have
a warranty then the customer pays return freight along with cost
of repair.
Warranty Policy:
We warranty all parts and labor for 1 year you
may purchase one of our Extended Warranty Plans available at the
time of sale only. The warranties are extended for 1 and 3 years
and include FREE GROUND SHIPPING. The
warranty does not cover misuse or damage to product by owner.
If the machinery is opened and tampered with it will no longer
be covered under warranty.
Pricing Policy:
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to substitute with an item equal to or higher than original item price.
