ChocoVision Corp. is pleased to announce that it will be a Gold-Level Sponsor at the 2006 World Pastry Team Championship. The World Pastry Team Championship, held every even-numbered year, brings together 12 teams made up of three pastry chefs each. Eleven countries, plus the United States team will compete for the prestigious title of "World Pastry Team Champions".

The World Pastry Team Championships take place over a 13-hour period divided between two days. On the first day of the championships, each team will have five hours to begin their preparations and mise-en-place. They will also be required to present their plated desserts to be judged by the tasting jury. On the second day of the championships, beginning at 6 am, each team will have 8 hours in which to complete all of the required elements. Over those two days, each team will create a chocolate showpiece, a sugar showpiece, a pastillage tray, entremets, entremets glace, plated desserts, and an assortment of petits gateaux and bonbons.
