microprocessor control card ensures tempering and
holding chocolate to within 2/10th of a degree. This

a minimum of three, and a maximum of ten pounds of

Heater On Only-Once a chocolate
type is selected, the HEATER will be activated
without rotation of the bowl for a 30-minute countdown.
Afterwards, the bowl sets into its normal rotation.

Customized Heat Control-In order
to better control the chocolate's viscosity, the
temperature can now be adjusted past 90° F in
READY MODE. The new temperature range is from
80°-100° F.

Baffle Connection-If the BAFFLE
becomes inadvertently disengaged, re-tighten BAFFLE
KNOB and the machine resumes its previous mode
