ChocoVision to Exhibit at the 8th Annual
Chocolate Show NY
Poughkeepsie, NY October 2005—For
the third consecutive year, ChocoVision will take
part in the Chocolate Show in New York, NY. The 8th
edition of the New York Chocolate Show is a four-day
festival devoted entirely to chocolate, and aims to
give eager appetites a head start on the season of
holiday merrymaking. The 8th edition of the show will
take place this at the Metropolitan Pavilion &
Altman Building on November 10-13, two weeks before
Thanksgiving.
Designed for the public, New York Chocolate Show allows
visitors to discover all there is to know, taste and
explore in the world of chocolate. The 8th Annual
Show will feature demonstrations by top pastry chefs
and chocolate makers, Chocolate Tastings and over
65 top chocolate brands & booths. The Barnes & Noble
cookbook store will be presenting author signings
by notable chocolate artisans and authors such as:

demonstrations by renowned pastry chefs Jacques
Torres, François Payard, Bill Yosses, Nicole
Kaplan and Martin Howard…
The Third Annual Gala Fashion Show
will feature a live fashion show with original outfits
made of or with chocolate by famous designers including
Zang Toi, Diane Kane and Heither Carlucci, to unveil
this year's chocolate fashion collection. Top New
York City chefs and pastry chefs will cater the event.
