ChocoVision Policies

Shipping Policy:
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and delivery of all machine orders. For all other orders, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and delivery.

We do not ship chocolate outside the United States.

All orders must be shipped to the billing address.

 
Return Policy:
All sales are final (no returns, no refunds).  ChocoVision only accepts returns if we originally shipped an incorrect item (Note: edible items may not be returned under any circumstances).  Prior authorization must be obtained before returning an incorrectly shipped item.
 
Repair Policy:
If your machine requires repair or servicing, please contact ChocoVision technical support at (800) 324-6252 for an authorization number.  The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the machine to ChocoVision for service.  If the machine is under warranty, ChocoVision will pay for return shipping to the customer via UPS Ground ONLY; otherwise, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Most repair/service work will be completed within 1-2 weeks (excluding shipping time).
 
Warranty Policy:
ChocoVision warrants internal parts and labor for 1 year. You may purchase one of our Extended Warranty Plans (1 or 3 additional years) within 30 days of original purchase. The warranty does not cover misuse or damage to product by the owner. Opening the machine or modifying it in any way will void the warranty.
 
Pricing Policy:
All prices are subject to change without notice.  Availability of items is not guaranteed.  In the event that an ordered item is unavailable, ChocoVision will contact the customer to review alternatives.
