The Revolation 3Z Enrober is a compact, high-capacity enrobing solution designed to fit directly atop the ChocoVision Revolation 3Z chocolate tempering machine. It features a 6-inch-wide stainless steel moving belt that carries products through a continuous curtain of tempered chocolate for consistent, full coverage. The chocolate curtain is supplied by the ChocoVision Skimmer (sold separately), allowing ganache, cookies, pralines, pretzels, bars, and other confections to be evenly coated—including the bottom. By automating the enrobing process, the 3Z Enrober increases productivity while delivering consistent results at a fraction of the cost of larger enrobing systems. Constructed in three easy-to-disassemble sections, the Revolation 3Z Enrober is designed for efficient cleanup and seamless integration into higher-volume production environments. The Revolation 3Z tempering machine and Skimmer sold separately.
