Revolation 3Z Skimmer

The Revolation 3Z Skimmer is an optional accessory designed to continually dispense chocolate directly from the ChocoVision Revolation 3Z into moulds or onto individual pieces. By automating chocolate transfer, it helps improve consistency while streamlining production. The Skimmer also reduces splatter and minimizes the introduction of moisture or other contaminants into the chocolate pool, while decreasing ergonomic strain associated with repetitive manual work. Efficient and easy to integrate, it is a practical addition for improving workflow and maintaining chocolate quality during production. Revolation 3Z tempering machine not included.
