Delta Enrober

The Revolation Delta Enrober is a compact enrobing solution designed to fit directly atop the ChocoVision Revolation Delta chocolate tempering machine. It features a 4-inch-wide stainless steel moving belt that carries products through a continuous curtain of tempered chocolate for consistent, full coverage. The chocolate curtain is supplied by the ChocoVision Skimmer, allowing items such as ganache, cookies, pralines, pretzels, bars, and other confections to be evenly coated—including the bottom. By automating the enrobing process, the Delta Enrober increases productivity while delivering consistent results at a fraction of the cost of larger enrobing systems. Constructed in two easy-to-disassemble sections, the Revolation Delta Enrober is designed for efficient cleanup and straightforward integration into small-batch production environments.
