The Revolation 3Z is ChocoVision’s highest-capacity tabletop tempering machine, designed for operations that require substantial throughput with precise, repeatable control. It processes up to 30 pounds of chocolate per batch, or 45 pounds with the holey baffle (included), and can maintain temper for over 15 hours, supporting high-volume production throughout the day. Like the Revolation V and Delta, the Revolation 3Z uses the same advanced microprocessor control system, precisely tempering and holding chocolate within ±0.2°F to ensure consistent temper, excellent appearance, and optimal texture. Capable of producing 150 pounds or more of tempered chocolate per day with minimal maintenance, the Revolation 3Z delivers industrial-level output in a tabletop format, using ChocoVision’s forced hot air heating system—no light bulbs and no hot water baths—for efficient, long-term reliability.
