The Revolation Delta is ChocoVision’s mid-capacity stainless steel tempering machine, designed for professional kitchens that require higher output. It processes 3 to 10 pounds of chocolate per batch, or up to 18 pounds with the holey baffle (included), and can maintain temper for over 15 hours, making it well suited for continuous daily production. Like the Revolation V and 3Z, the Revolation Delta uses the same advanced microprocessor control system, precisely tempering and holding chocolate within ±0.2°F to ensure consistent temper, excellent appearance, and optimal texture. With a daily production capacity of up to 100 pounds and minimal maintenance requirements, the Revolation Delta provides reliable, repeatable performance for professional pastry kitchens, small-batch manufacturers, and laboratory or R&D environments.
