The Revolation V is ChocoVision’s most compact stainless steel tempering machine, designed for professional kitchens that need precision and flexibility in a small footprint. It processes 1 to 5 pounds of chocolate per batch, or up to 9 pounds with the holey baffle (included), and can maintain temper for over 15 hours, making it an excellent choice for artisans and growing operations. Like the Revolation Delta and 3Z, the Revolation V uses the same advanced microprocessor control system, precisely tempering and holding chocolate within ±0.2°F to ensure consistent temper, excellent appearance, and optimal texture. Capable of producing approximately 50 pounds of tempered chocolate per day with minimal maintenance, the Revolation V delivers professional performance without sacrificing valuable workspace.
